After Your Purchase – How to Download and Access Your SentencePower and ConvoPower Files
After your purchase
Once you've completed your purchase, you can either directly download our products or access them via the download link sent to your e-mail address.
Please note, the download link is for your personal use only and expires two weeks after your purchase. If the download fails for any reason, you can try again up to three times. If the problems persist, please contact our reseller at support@digistore24.com.
Before downloading, make sure you have sufficient storage space available (700 MB to 1.1 GB for SentencePower products and 350 MB - 450 MB for ConvoPower products).
The download package is a zipped folder containing one or two pdf files and the corresponding audio files (mp3). Unzip the folder to start working with the files.
The audio files are delivered in two different sets: Set A and Set B. Set A contains both your target and source languages, while Set B only contains the target language.
If you want to listen and read at the same time, you need to use two different programs either on one or on two devices (e. g. on your PC, your notebook, your tablet, your smartphone).
If you only want to listen to the audios, you can do so by simply using any audio playing software on the device of your choice.
We recommed to keep a backup of your downloads.
