Purchases

When you purchase a digital product from LingoCradle.com, that product is for your own personal use only. While you are permitted to make copies of a file for use on another device you own, such as a tablet or smartphone, you may not share those copies with anyone else. You may also not resell the products you have purchased. By purchasing one of our products, only you personally have acquired the ownership right to the respective product. This ownership right cannot be transferred to third parties.

Upon successful completion of a purchase, you will be redirected to a page where you can download your purchases or you will receive a link to the email address you provided to download the product you purchased.

When purchasing a digital product, you should always save a copy of the purchased file on a hard drive or in a cloud to be able to access it at a later date. It is your responsibility to keep backup copies of files of purchased digital products.

Prices

Customers shall pay the price of a product which applies at the time of the order. All price quotations are subject to change.

Reseller

We use digistore24 as our reseller. Please refer to their GTC for further information.

Returns/Refunds

If you return the product within the period provided for by digistore24, you agree to delete all files (e.g., PDF documents, MP3 files) and cease using the product. By requesting a refund, you acknowledge that you no longer have any rights to the product and commit to destroying any copies of the files. Failing to do so may make you liable for any damages or legal action resulting from the continued use or distribution of the product.
